You could have a moral based system where Jackie either succumbs to the Darkness or tries to fight it and regain control. This franchise seriously has so much potential! I mean, there are so many different directions they could take the story in. I do look forward to seeing who takes over the reigns. Its a shame they are giving up and deciding to move away from this awesome franchise. I wish Starbreeze were the ones doing the second installment. That's something The Darkness did beautifully. More games need to incorporate the players emotions into the experience. That was a truly memorable moment in the game that has stayed with me for what, three years since the game released!*End of Spoiler* *Spoiler* Like when Jenny gets pushed up against the glass door by Uncle Paulie and says "Jackie this is not your fault." and gets her head blown out. I've never been so immersed in a video game where you actually felt for the characters. I thought the graphics looked great and the pacing of the game was superb. While they did do a little bit out of their own stuff with the story, that in no way is a bad thing! They did a phenomenal job crafting a video game around the mythos developed in the comic and stayed true to the franchises origins.
I loved Starbreeze's interpretation of The Darkness.
